professional. It will be in PDF format and suitable for work, school, or insurance
purposes.

process, but issuance depends on the medical professional’s clinical judgment and the
details you provide.

Once issued, your sick note will be sent to the email address you provided during the
application process. You’ll receive it as a downloadable PDF file, ready to print or
