Licensed Medical Practice
All medical consultations and certificates are provided by Dr. Viktor Simunović M.D., a licensed General Practitioner registered with the Croatian Medical Chamber (License #49440, HLK #HR236570). As an EU-licensed physician, he is authorized to provide cross-border healthcare services under EU regulations.
Cross-Border Healthcare Authorization
Under EU Directive 2011/24/EU on cross-border healthcare, EU citizens have the right to receive healthcare services from licensed practitioners in other EU member states. This directive specifically enables telemedicine consultations and medical certifications across borders.
Data Protection Compliance
We maintain strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU 2016/679. All patient health information is encrypted, securely processed, and stored according to EU data protection standards.
